when the bottle is too full of particles, it is also right that you unscrew the cap and let some, if not all, out.
not doing so will result in the particles bombarding the top, thus rebounding at an even greater velocity.
it's going to be really tough to resolve at this point.
thus, always say out as opposed to bottling up.
